Greetings Sixth Episcopal District!

With profound sadness, we write to inform you of the transition of Mrs. Myrtle Alice Norwood, wife of Rev. Randy Norwood of the West Georgia Region, South Columbus-Cordele District.

Homegoing Memorial Services will be held today, Friday, October 22, 2021 at New Providence Baptist Church, 299 Hicks Rd. 31076 at 11:00AM. (Graveside Service) Hicks and Sons Funeral Home will be in charge of providing service.

Please keep the Norwood family in your prayers. Condolences and expressions of love may be sent to Rev. Randy Norwood, 1292 Tommy Purvis Road, Reynolds, GA 31076.

Celebration of Life Service Information

Date: Saturday, October 23, 2021

Time of Service: 12 Noon (EST)

Trinity CME Church, 22571 Georgia 16

Sparta, Ga 31087 (Graveside Service)


Repast:

In light of Covid-19 restrictions, we are unable to host a sit down repast in the church. However, we will be providing a boxed lunch. To assist in our planning, kindly send an RSVP to the following email address: whelchelservicesrsvp@gmail.com by Thursday, October 21, 2021, no later than 4pm EDT.

Live Streaming:

The service will be live streamed. Please visit the Ingram Brothers Funeral Home Facebook page at Ingram Bros 44 on Facebook. A recorded video of the service will also be available on the Ingram Brothers Funeral Home Facebook page following the service.

~Covid Protocol:

Covid protocols will be in effect (hand hygiene, and social distancing) Masks are preferred.
