Reminders as you RSVP for the One In The Spirit Banquet
❖ Notification of your intent to attend the One in the Spirit Banquet requires that you RSVP on the District’s website.
This is critically important, as the RSVP will be used to prepare for the appropriate count for the One in the Spirit Banquet. You must have completed the RSVP form
to be admitted into the banquet hall.
❖ RSVP DEADLINE: APRIL 16, 2024 There is a deadline for the RSVP that allows us to meet requirements of our contract with the Columbus Georgia Convention and Trade Center and guarantees your seating at the banquet and your meal.
❖RSVP is DIFFERENT from the Spring Gathering Registration. You MUST register for both.
❖Even if you have a ticket, you MUST RSVP. No one will be admitted without an RSVP until all other attendees will have been admitted.
