The meeting of the General Connectional Board on Friday, September 4, 2020, which will be facilitated by Zoom, can only be attended if you register. Note:
You do not have to be a member of the General Connectional Board to attend.
You do not have to be a member of any particular episcopal district to attend.
You do not have to pay a fee to register. There is no registration fee.
But: You must register online with the CME Church’s Communications and Information Technology (CIT) Department in order to receive the Zoom dial-in information.
The General Connectional Board meeting will begin at 10:00 AM Central Time on September 4th, and is anticipated to last 4-5 hours.
Please register at this link by August 31, 2020.
For persons new to Zoom (or still learning), there will be a Zoom “rehearsal” conducted by the CIT Department on Saturday, August 29, at 3 PM Eastern Daylight Time, and Tuesday, September 1st, at 7:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
General Connectional Board members are receiving the working materials for the Board meeting by mail from the Department of Publications. If you have not received yours by August 26, 2020, please contact the Department of Publications at 901-396-5400.
