2025 FALL CHRISTIAN TRAINING INSTITUTE & FALL GATHERING
Greetings to the Sixth Episcopal District’s Presiding Elders, Pastors, Departmental Leaders, and Laity!
You are cordially invited to the 2025 Fall Christian Training Institute and Fall Gathering, hosted by Bishop Thomas L. Brown and Dr. Louise Baker Brown. This inspiring in-person event will take place Friday, December 5 through Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Marriott City Center, 240 Coliseum Drive, Macon, GA 31217. Reverend Dr. Lindsey P. Napier, Sr., will serve as the Host Pastor and Reverend Monica D. Sams as the Host Presiding Elder.
A tentative schedule (subject to change) is attached for your review. We invite you to join us in the Sixth Episcopal District! Whether you are a member of the Sixth Episcopal District or a visitor to our gathering, we invite you to pre-register on our website: 6thdistrictcme.org.
Registration Information Registration is required for all attendees. NOTE: This is an in-person event only. No Zoom or virtual option will be available.
Online & On-Site Cost:
❖ $105.00 – Ministers, Lay Delegates, Alternates, Departmental Leaders, Laity, Visitors and Guests
❖ Free – Children and Youth (17 and under).
❖ Delegates & Alternates in Central GA & West GA Regions Your local church will submit your information to the Presiding Elder with their apportionment check. Upon receipt, a representative from your region will process your registration.
❖ NOTE: Presiding Elders will no longer collect registration funds.

2025-2026 Pledges
Pledges for the 2025-2026 Conference Year may be made online. We are asking those who have made pledges to submit their funds directly to their Presiding Elder prior to the Fall Gathering. All checks, money orders, etc. should be payable to your respective region.
Hotel Information
For your convenience, a list of recommended hotels is available on the Sixth Episcopal District website: www.6thdistrictcme.org. We encourage you to book early to secure your accommodation.
