This conversation is centered around mental health and the adverse effects it plays on those who preach, teach, and work in the church. The objective of this conversation is for leaders to be open about the mental or stressful challenges they have faced while adhering to God's call as clergy and lay. The question remains what then can we do to avoid being burned out and stressed as we do the work of the church?
