Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr. and Dr. Louise Baker Brown invite you to the 110th Session of the West Georgia Region Annual Conference, to be held July 18 – 20, 2024, at Holsey Monumental CME Church, 6028 Buena Vista Rd, Columbus, GA 31907. The host Pastor is Reverend Carlton Mahone and Reverend Dr. Curtis L. West, Jr. is the host Presiding Elder.
Registration is required for everyone. Please Note: ALL MINISTERS, DELEGATES, ALTERNATES, and DEPARTMENTAL LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND, AND RESPOND TO THE ROLL CALL. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING ONLY. THERE WILL NOT BE A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE.
Online Conference Registration can be accessed here. Conference Registration Fee is $125.00 for all Pastors and Ministers, Lay Delegates, Lay Alternates, Laity, Missionaries, and Visitors/Guests. Online registrations will incur an administrative fee. You also have the option to pay $125 onsite by check, debit/credit card or cash. When you register online, please enter PROMO CODE "Onsite24" to indicate you are paying onsite, and not through Eventbrite.

Youth and Children registration is free; however, they must be registered.

2024-2025 Pledges
You may also make pledges for the ensuing Conference Year (2024-2025) during the Annual Conference by seeing a member of the Joint Board of Finance. You may also go online and complete your Pledge for 2024-2025 Conference Year.

You are invited to join Dr. Louise Baker Brown, President Lavorn Howard, and the spouses, widows, and widowers of the West Georgia Region for the annual luncheon during the 110th Session of the West Georgia Region Annual Conference. Cost is $15.

As always, subscriptions will be received at the Regional Annual Conference as well.
The Departmental Report Form is HERE for Regional and Episcopal reports. Department Leaders are asked to complete your Departmental Report online no later than June 30, 2024.
