Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr. and Dr. Louise Baker Brown invite you to the 145th Session of the South Georgia Region Annual Conference, to be held July 11 – 13, 2024, at Cray Chapel CME Church, 1918 Oak Haven Drive, Albany, Georgia. The host Pastor is Reverend Mary Scott and Reverend Dr. Lindsey P. Napier, Sr. is the host Presiding Elder.
Registration is required for everyone. Please Note: ALL MINISTERS, DELEGATES, ALTERNATES, and DEPARTMENTAL LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND, AND RESPOND TO THE ROLL CALL. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING ONLY. THERE WILL NOT BE A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE.
Online Conference Registration can be accessed on the 6thdistrictcme.org website. Conference Registration Fee is $125.00 for all Pastors and Ministers, Lay Delegates, Lay Alternates, Laity, Missionaries, and Visitors/Guests. Online registrations will incur an administrative fee. You also have the option to pay $125 onsite by check, debit/credit card or cash. When you register online, please enter PROMO CODE "Onsite24" to indicate you are paying onsite, and not through Eventbrite.

You may also make pledges for the ensuing Conference Year (2024-2025) during the Annual Conference by seeing a member of the Joint Board of Finance. You may also go online and complete your Pledge for 2024-2025 Conference Year.

As always, subscriptions will be received at the Regional Annual Conference as well.
The Departmental Report Form is available and can be accessed online. Department Leaders are asked to complete your Departmental Report on line no later than June 30, 2024.
